Hi all! I’m delighted that you are here. This week on our “Blogger Interview Spotlight” we sat down and chatted with Aqib Nazir from the blog “Aqib Nazir”.  This is what he shared with us!

Hi Aqib, thank you for stopping by and sharing with us. Can you tell our readers about yourself and your blog?

I am a father to a beautiful son, husband to an amazing wife and son to a great mom with a passion for IT. I am an IT consultant, a web developer and a Serial Entrepreneur. I write about blogging tips, search engine optimization, social media marketing and make money online. If you or your readers are interested in starting a career in blogging, follow my ultimate guide of 3500+ words to start a professional blog HERE  .

Excellent! Thanks for such an insightful share. Also thanks for sharing your how to guide on blogging.  How did you first get into blogging, what inspired you?

I started blogging many times over the past few years and quit every time. It was 9 months ago when I started this last blog of mine with my own name. I have no plans to quit anymore as I have worked in the right direction this time. My inspiration are all those bloggers who don’t have a university degree and have built a passive income source online.

That happens to many. But I’m glad you stuck by your passion and began to blog again. What tools have helped you most with your blogging?

I use YoastSEO for on-page SEO and LongTail Pro for keyword research. LongTail Pro is an effective tool to find highly profitable keywords.

Yes SEO (Search Engine Optimization) seems to be a key component to blogging these days. What would you say is your greatest challenge as a blogger?

Time Management!

I know exactly what you mean! It seems that most blogger including myself struggle with time management. Tell us about your proudest achievement.

It was when I got published on The Huffington Post. Click HERE to read the post.

Awesome! Congrats on getting published by The Huffington Post. Now let’s talk about networking and blog traffic. In your opinion what do you think is better to enhance traffic and networking to your blog?

Facebook groups have helped me a lot in getting targeted audience on my blog. I use Pinterest, StumbleUpon, Twitter and Google+. StumbleUpon can be very effective if your content is interesting. I network with other bloggers using Facebook groups.

Do you have any favorite bloggers you follow, or bloggers that have been a source of inspiration for you?

Yes, I follow Harsh Agarwal and Pradeep Kumar. Both are famous Indian bloggers.

Share one thing about yourself that people might not know about you?

I became a dad for the first time, on 20th May 2016.

Wow! Congratulations again! Aqib anything else you want to share with our readers?

I have a Facebook group I started recently, that is focused on newbie Bloggers and niche site owners. My group can be found HERE.
